The state of the art design features a continuously flowing 4" pipe base with a built-in flush mount receiver. There is not another bumper on the market that even comes close to the style and quality of the Tough Country Deluxe Rear Bumper. When you put this bumper on your truck there is no mistaking it for anything else. The standard finish is a high gloss black industrial powder coat with a thick anti-rust agent undercoating. Standard Features: license plate lights, universal mount for the factory wiring harness, flush mounted receiver rated at 10,000 lbs. **NOTE: This bumper requires at least 5¼" of unobstructed shank from pin hole to ball mount platform. This is to allow it to pass through the 4" pipe and be pinned on the back side of the bumper.
