Built with fully welded, thick 11 gauge diamond plated steel and tubular steel pipe to meet both the needs of farmers wanting to keep cows from crushing the plastic in their grille during feeding as well as those wanting to turn heads driving through the city. This bumper sits closer to the body of the truck than most other "pipe" bumpers. The contour of the bumper compliments the lines of the grille and headlights to keep the front of your truck from looking too beefy. Many customers feel the fit and look is so good that they have it custom painted to match the color of their truck. This bumper will allow you to retain use of your factory tow hooks and fog lights. It comes with all necessary hardware for mounting directly to the frame of the truck, no drilling required. (Approx: 200 lbs)

The Deluxe is truly unlike any other bumper on the market. It is built with a rigid 4" pipe base and angled front diamond steel protection plates that wrap back to the fender well for a more streamlined appearance and heavier-duty protection. It has a fully welded tubular steel grille guard featuring 1¼" (above industry standard) light loops that are welded to the outer base of the 4" pipe with 3/8" plate steel for added "deer stopping" strength. In the final stages of production, the finish is achieved through a 9 step coating process which includes an 'anti-rust primer' base coat before powdercoating. Standard finish is gloss black powder coat that will compliment the color of nearly any truck.

Over the past decade this bumper has proven itself countless times. Fire Departments, oil and gas companies, the U.S. Department of Interior, power line companies, cross-country hot shot drivers, and the back roads 3rd shift commuters all rely on this bumper to keep them moving because time matters most. Full welds are a staple throughout this bumper making it structurally stronger and more resistant to the elements. Thick expanded metal grille protection, 2" receiver (welded on front and back of the 4" pipe), and fog light sleeves for the factory fog lights are standard upgrades you won't find on other bumpers. Reverse angled diamond plate steel lower provides maximum ground and tire clearance with a center lower cross bar to provide drive line protection for the undercarriage. The standard finish is gloss black powder coat that will compliment the color of any truck. Retains the factory fog lights and tow hooks. Headlight bars are 1.25" OD which is larger than the industry standard size. The outer headlight loops are connected to the base of the bumper with a thick 3/8" steel gusset welded on both sides to provide added rigidity to the outer portion of the brush guard and added protection for the headlights. The bumper is frame mounted using existing bolt holes. If you have either of these options this bumper is a custom build. Comes with all necessary hardware for mounting. Approx Weight: 250 lbs

The Hammerhead is 100% made in the U.S.A. of top quality materials and undergo rigorous QC and weld quality standards throughout the production process. This bumper has it all. Standard features include: winch ready (up to 16,500 lb Warn, not including PowerPlant), off road light compatible (Up to (4) 4" square LED off road lights, Shackle Mounts welded on front and back of bumper extending to the frame. The Hammerhead bumper is designed to be winch capable and stand up to the punishment of on-road and off-road driving. They are made with 3/16" thick plate steel and are reinforced to allow for extra strength. The shackle mounts are a part of the mounting surface to the frame, extending through the bumper and are welded on the inside and outside of the bumper. The X-series style brushguard is made with DOM tubing.
